Hey!

Today I received digi #3 for the Sassy in the City progressive challenge at Sassy Studio Designs in order to celebrate reaching 700 member on Paper Craft Planet.

Here is Miranda Sassy. Isn't she great? I worked with white linen cardstock, orange cheery lynn heart die cut, lovely sentiment, some orange bling, distress ink and promarkers to color her.

Love all the Sassy in the City images. Can't wait to work with Carrie. I am curious how she looks.

Hey!

This morning I received image #2 for the progressive challenge at Sassy Studio Designs in order to celebrate reaching 700 members on Paper Craft Planet.

Meet Samantha Sassy. Isn't she cute! I think purple suits her. Added a lot of bling. On the edges of the roses and patterned papers I added some stickles for the extra shine.
 In Paint Shop Pro I placed her on a sofa for a compleet look. Didn't want her floating on the card. Lol..

Can't wait to receive the next image for this fun Sassy and the City Relay.

Card for sister-in-law

Hey!

Today is my sister-in-law's birthday. She works at a clothing workshop. Thought this card is just the right one for her. This card design just popped in my head when I gathered the items I wanted to use. Hope she likes it.

The background is made from some patterns. I used a dutch birthday sentiment, Tim Holtz on the edge sewing, Tim Holtz movers & shapers mini sewing room, some fabric to give the tailor's dummy something extra, some twine, distress ink (walnut stain) an 2 pins.

Vlinderkaart

Hey!

Vandaag heb ik deze kaart gemaakt. Zomaar een kaart zonder stempel. Dit is een algemene kaart die voor van alles te gebruiken is.

De basis is een lila glitterkaart, daarop een stuk patroonkarton dat ik langs de randen bewerkt heb met walnut stain distress ink. De 5 vlinders van Marianne Design en de bloemen het ik uitgestanst uit vellum. Zowel de antennes van de grote vlinder als de bloemharten zijn voorzien van een plakparel. Onder de grote vlinder heb ik een wit kant rub-on geplakt en alle lijfjes zijn voorzien van rose stickles. De grote vlinder heb ik langs de randen nog met distress inkt bewerkt zodat het net iets meer van de kaart afkomt.
