Here are my last 3 Christmas cards for 2018 I made using the lovely Alicia Bel elves. They are given with a progressive Facebook challenge.

I tried to let he cards speak along with the images. Images are colored with Promarkers and cut by hand.
Kandi Cane Elf: Shaped card template, star die, vinyl lace, distress ink, banner, banner letter dies, Christmas background papers, red cardstock, kraft cardstock, sentiment.
Sleepy Elf: Star shaped card template, yellow cardstock, christmas paper, star die cuts, distress ink, stars border punch and corrugated paper.
Elf Swinging: white linen cardbase, mica (behind the open circle), red cardstock, circle dies.

Kandi Kane

Hey!

Here's a Christmas card I made using a lovely image from LeAnn's World called Kandi Kane.

I colored the image using Promarkers and used some of my scraps of Christmas cardstock. I also used distress in, hologram cardstock (behind the sentiment), Dutch sentiment, 3D puffy snow, glossy accents (on the ornament and the berries on the hat) and a doily edge punch.

I used a Lacy Sunshine image called "Penelope and Ginger" from Heather Valentin and colored it using Promarkers. I used 3 kinds of designer papers from old paper blocks that I horded over the years (LOL...), a doily edge punch distress ink and a digi sentiment to create this card.

DDS - Penguin Wobbles Special Delivery

Hey!

Here's a card I'd like to share with you using a lovely Christmas image from Digi Doodle Studios.

The image is called "Penguin Wobbles Special Delivery" from the Believe in the Magic Collection and I colored it using Promarkers. When I saw this image I had to create a card in the shape of a gift and with a big bow. It is such an easy card to make, but I think it's doing the image justice. If you like to create a card like this one just cut a strip of cardstock that is slightly wider than your card base and adhere it with thick foam tape on the top part of your card and tie a big piece of ribbon around the front of the card and make a pretty bow so that it's on the top part of your card.

PFP - Use 3 of Something

Today starts a new challenge over at Passion for Promakers. This week it's themed "use 3 of something".

I made a card using an image from Sassy Studio Designs that I had on my computer. Sadly the SSD shop closed down. I made a twisted gate fold card. For this card I used green cardstock, added 3 kinds of designer papers, a sentiment from a christmas stamp set, stitched circle dies, glitter gel pen, Christmas tree border die, stars border punch.

DDS - Santa's Gifts

            

Hey!

Here's a card I'd like to show you using one of the new release digi stamps from Digi Doodle Studios.

This image is called "Santa's Gifts" and you can find him in the Christmas/Winter section in the shop. I colored this cute santa using Promarkers. The card is yet again an interactive one. This card is called a Twist and Pop card. I used cream colored cardstock for the base and 2 designer papers from a Craft Sensations Kerst Design-Blok van de Action. Happy is cut with one part of a Joy crafts sentiment die set (Happy Holidays) and the big letters are made with a brandless alphabeth set. Also added distress ink to the edges of the letters and designer papers.

Sunshine Elf Buttercup and Lil Pine

Hey!

Here's a Christmas card I made using Lacy Sunshine's Elf Buttercup and Lil Pine by Heather Valentin.

I colored the image using Promarkers and added some 3D snow to the pine tree and the christmas ornaments. The card base is white linen cardstock, the background papers are all digital papers from Michele R. Designs and I added typex to all edges. Lol... Gesso takes to long to dry and I didn't want to wait. Typex works great. Dries super fast. The lantern is a die from Marianne Design, the icicle die is from Precious Marieke and the snowflakes are punches from Xcut.

CCC - Wreath Mouse

Hey!

It's the 3th of a new month so there's a brand new challenge over at CCC Digi Creation. This month the challenge is "Use Pearls/Gems" and our sponsor is Lemon Shortbread.

I got to play with this cute image called "Wreath Mouse" and I colored it using Promarkers. I Printed it bigger so I is the main  item on the card and I could add the gems and pearls way better. I used a white linen cardbase, 3 different red patterned cardstock, doily edge punch, gelpen, 3D snow, and yellow/orange glitter cardstock.

LSS - Rory's Winter Poinsettia

Hey!

Happy Christmas in July ;-) Here's a card I made using this gorgeous Lacy Sunshine image drawn by Heather Valentin called "Rory's Winter Poinsettia" and I colored it using Promarkers.

I made a cross card. As a sentiment I created a border using a big alphabet and adhered it on the back of the card. On top of the inside card I adhered a strip using a doily edge punch. The big Poinsettia is created using a die set (one of my favorite). The dp is white cardstock with velvet poinsettia on top of it. Have this laying around for so many years and found this the right project to use it for. All edges of the dp are distressed and on the green cardstock I used white ink on the edges.

Hey!

Here's a Christmas card I made using one of the new images from Digi Doodle Studio's. Love to start with my Christmas cards in July. The release is called "Believe in the Magic" and it has 7 wonderful images.

I got to play with "Nicolette" and I colored it using Promarkers. To create this card I took a kraft pre-folded card. The little tree scene is created with a Christmas tree border die and 3 Christmas tree die cuts. Along the edges I used white ink. The striped paper is from my left over stash. The sentiment is made with a die set from Joy Crafts.

When I was asked as Guest Designer for Creative Craft Cottage I immediately said yes to it. The sponsor this month is Digi Doodle Studios and the challenge is themed "Most Wonderful Time of the Year".

I got to play with this gorgeous image called "Christmas Grace" and I colored her with Promarkers and on the fluffy parts I added glitter snow. Sadly it doesn't show wel on the photo.
To create this card I usde a white cardbase, dp from an older paperpack from Joy Crafts, a star border that I just bought, red and white cardstock and white ink for the edges of the stars/border.

DDS - Damita Elf on the Shelf

Hey!

Oh my it's July already. Can't believe we are half through the year. Well a new month means a new challenge over at Digi Doodle Studios. This month it's themed "Christmas in July".

I got to play with this gorgeous image called "Damita Elf on a Shelf" and colored her using Promarkers. I have only used scraps of paper to make this card. I had the square with a circle cut out and wanted to use that so I adhered pieces of christmas papers on the back and added glitter snow to the edge of the circle cut out. The holly is made from 2 leaves from a poinsettia die set and the berries are made from an older Sizzix die (icecone and cupcake). The little package is made with 2 quickutz dies (ribbon and a square) and adhered it on the star from the Precious star from Memory box.

Holly's Reindeer Hugs

Hey!

It's the 15th of the last month of the year. I can't believe it's Christmas in 10 days.
Today starts the final challenge of 2017 over at CCC Digi Creations and it's themed "Happy Christmas". This fortnight we have 2 wonderful sponsors Lemon Shortbread and Digi Doodle Studios.

I got to play with this wonderful image from Digi Doodle Studios called "Holly's Reindeer Hugs" and colored her using Promarkers. I made this card during a live SOL (Scrap OnLine) -in Dutch- on Facebook given by Tiets. Items I used to create this card: red, pink, green and pearlescent cardstock, 4 dp's, vinyl lace, pink satin ribbon, walnut stain distress ink, gesso, glitter glue, snowflak punch, snowflake border die set, Christmas tree border die and a circle punch.

Christmas Monster

Hey!

Here's a Christmas card I created for a male friend.

The image I used is from a progressive challenge on Facebook in the Sasayaki Glitter Group. It's called "Christmas Monster" and I colored it using Promarkers. This card is simpel to make. The card base is square 13,5cm the front of it is cut in half. the second card is square 10cm and is adhered in the middel of the 13,5cm card, then you fold the 6,75cm flap and you close the card with the 10cm front. Always fun to make these.
