Feeling Spoilt

Hey!

Today starts a new challenge over at Passion for Promarkers. This week our challenge is Shaped Cards. I made this cut round card using stitched dies. Love these dies.

I got to play with this gorgeous image called "Feeling Spoilt". I cropped it and colored it using Promarkers. I matted the image on lilac linen cardstock and adhered it to a piece of dp from one of my new paper packs by Craft Sensations. The sentiment is from a die cut booklet and I made a little flower arrangement to go with it.

Queen of Hearts Mermaid

Hey!

Here's a rocking card I made using a gorgeous image by Heather Valentin's Colour of Love called "Queen of Hearts Mermaid".

I colored the image using Promarkers and Faber-Castell Polychromos. I just got a new paper pack from Craft Sensations and love it. Other items I used are doily heart die, heart die, hearts background die, heart border die, mermaid tails border die and distress ink. I love how it turned out.

Happy Halloween

Hey!

Happy Halloween to you all. Even though we don't celebrate this in my country I always decorate my living room and send Halloween cards to my family since my fathers passing on Halloween 2007. I can't believe it's 11 years.

Here's a stand and slide card I made using a fun image called "Amelia Curiosity" from Heather Valentin. These cards are so simple to make. I made one ages ago and thought it would be nice to let Amelia float on a piece of sturdy plastic from a embossing folder packaging. I added my favourite bats die cuts from a Cuttlebug cut & embos spider and bats set and I added the spider as if it is coming from inside the stand. The cardbase is made from purple cardstock and I used some pieces of scrap Halloween paper.

LSS - Honey Bee Sprite's Teacup

Hey!

Here's a card I made using Lacy Sunshine's image by Heather Valentin called "Honey Bee Sprites Teacup" from the Teacup Bouquet Collection. Isn't she stinkin' cute?

I made a bee hive using a card I got in the mail. Have cut it into 2cm wide strips and cut it to length to make a shape of a bee hive. Rounded the corners using a corner punch and I distressed the edges to give it some depth. I have cut a flower background out of black cardstock and adhered it behind the image. In the tree and in the Sprite's hair I adhered little flowers. I used glitter glue on the fluffy bits of the image.

DDS - First Birthday

Hey!

Here's a card I made using an image from the new Digi Doodle Studios Release "Bundles of Joy"

The image is called "First Birthday" and I colored it using Promarkers. To create this card I folded a piece of purple A4 size cardstock in half and hand drew a 1 from the fold and cut it. Love how it turned out. I added a piece of vellum that I embossed with a cupcake folder to the top of the card. Other items used: pink cardstock, Noor Desgin presents border die, Marianne Design heart balloon die, Couture Creations doily die, nameless stitched circle die, Joy hoera die, vintage photo distress ink and a Dutch digi sentiment.

Vickie Valentine

Hey!

Here's a heart shaker card I made for my partner for Valentine's Day. The image I used is from Simply Betty Stamps and it's called "Vickie Valentine". I colored her with Promarkers.

This card is created with big scalloped heart dies, acetate (overhead sheet), white/pink/red cardstock, cheery lynn hearts die, 1 heart confetti, flying heart die, white sequins, tiny red/pink heart cut outs from a die and white glitter to fill up the heart.

First of all Happy 70th Birthday to my mom! Hope you'll have many more.

I made this card especially for her using a lovely pattern for this shaped card. I colored the 2 magnolia images with Promarkers. Other items used: cream linen cardstock, 3 patterned papers, pink heart pearls, red satin ribbon, cream lace, butterfly die, sentiment border die, doily edge punch, frame die and chipboard numbers.

Rockin' Roxi

Happy Thursday all!! At the Sassy Studio Designs blog is a new DTBST challenge. This week it's themed "Make it Shiny".

I got to play with a discontinued image called "Rockin' Roxi". She is colored with Promarkers. I made the card into a guitar shape to fit the image and like how it turned out. I distressed the edges and adhered a piece of metal ribbon to the side of the card.

Angel Kisses

Hey!

Today starts a new fortnight challenge at Lacy Sunshine. This time it's themed "Angels Sing".

I got to play with this cutie called "Joy to the World - Angel Kisses". The image is colored with Promarkers and I decided to make a card in a harp shape as I think this image fits that perfectly.
I added glitter to her wings with Spectrum Noir Sparkle Pen and the fluffy part of the coat I used thick glitter snow glue. Both the harp card and music notes are cut with the Cameo.

Triangle gift card holder

Hey,

Here's a gift card holder I made.

The image is from the Magnolia BoHo Collection 2015 and is called Chic Fringe Tilda. I colored her with Promarkers. Everything came from my stash. Don't want to buy more new things otherwise I have to move. I think many of you have the same problem. Lol...
I used a doily die cut, made a little metal flower stem with little beads, adhered some roses, added a edge sentiment and to close the card I used some yellow baker's twine. Inside I kept it plain so I can write something in it. I have tucked the gift card behind a piece of vellum that I punched with an edge punch. To finish the inside of the card I adhered some strips of dp along the bottom and die cut butterflies to mask of the little twine knots.

Mug Card

 Hey!

Some wonderful news. I was asked if I wanted to become a part of a DT after winning a challenge. Didn't have to think long and hard so as of today I am DT member at CCC Digi Creations.
This fortnight's  sponsor is Bugaboo Stamps and the challenge is "Digi/Stripes".

Here's my first creation. It's a mug card. The image is called Hot Cocoa Bear. I colored the cute bear with Promarkers. The striped background paper is one I found online, the stripes on the image were hand drawn. Inside the mug I stuck a sachet with Hot Chocolate powder. Who doesn't love hot cocoa. The little tags are clear stamp images and the tulle ribbon was laying in my stash. I added some blue gems and glitter to the image. To finish it all of I added a stickpin with a snowflake charm and a piece of blue feather.

Christmas Post 1

Hey!

This year I'm doing a Christmas present swap with three dear friends. I will make them each the same card, but with a dress in their favorite color. The 1st one goes to my friend in England. Hope she likes it.
It's not a regular card shape. I will take a photo of the side of the last one.

The card base is linen white cardstock, patterned paper is from a unknow brand.  I colored the image with Promarkers. The tree is a die cut from Marianne Design and I added some gems. In the corner I adhered a silver corner. Underneath the image is a die cut from Noor Design. The sentiment is a digi that I printed in purple to go with the dress.
