Hamlet PigWit in the Planter

Hey!

Here's a card I made using sketch #154 from i {heart} sketches in combination with May's free stamp of the month challenge from FTHS.

The image is called Hamlet Pigwit in the Planter from FTHS and i colored it with Promarkers. The cardbase is mate with kraft cardstock and I used a template from a Dutch brand to create the shape. I used some grey vinyl lace.

Digging Dog

Birthday Candle

Here's my take on sketch #140 from i {heart} sketches.

I used a From the Heart Stamps digi called "Birthday Candle" and colored it with Faber-Castell Polychromos. Items used to create the card; Kraft card base, scraps of dp, corrugated paper from a package of cookies, thin rope and distress ink for all the edges.

Harvest Medley

The From the Heart Stamps image is called "Harvest Medley" and it's colored with Promarkers.  I used some scrap pieces of dp's and distressed the edges. The image is distressed with walnut stain distress ink. The leaves die cuts are from joy crafts.

Surprised Birdbrain

Hey!

Today I made this card using my favorite character called Birdbrain from FTHS. Love that chick.
I used sketch #135 from i {heart} sketches with a twist (add some nature)

The image is called "Surprised Birdbrain" and it's colored with Promarkers. I used some dp that is pretty old, but never ever used it and 2 strips of scrap paper. Like how it turned out. Didn't add a sentiment because this image can be used for more than one occasion.

Snowman Hugs

Hey!

Finally winter is coming. Well for this week we will have below 0°C. So I had to make a card with snowmen. I used sketch #134 from i {heart} sketches with a twist and an image from FTHS.

The image is called "Snowman Hugs" and it's colored with Spectrum Noir Markers. Behind the image I adhered 3 strips of scrap paper with dots and stripes for the twist. Also the scarfs work for the twist of the challenge.

Cozy Kittens

 Hey!

Today I made this card using sketch #33 from i {heart} sketches and the Free Stamp of the Month January by From the Heart Stamps.

This cute image is called "Cozy Kittens" and I colored it with my Spectrum Noir alcohol markers. First time I used them. Love how the color. Maybe even better than my Promarkers. I think I will combine my markers and use them both as alcohol markers can be combined. I used a lovely paw print embossing folder (Crafts Too). I love this folder. I inked it with Versa Color (38 Sky Blue).

Gift Stack Teddy Bear

Hey!

Today I made this card using Sketch #131 from i {heart} sketches.

The image is called "Gift Stack Teddy Bear" From the Heart Stamps. It's this months Free Stamp of the Month. I colored it with Promarkers and added glitter glue to the furry bit of the hat and Spectrum Noir clear glitter to the red part of the hat, the red bow, the bow on the gifts, the green stripes of box in the middle. (it doesn't show on the photo). The background paper is from a Dutch brand paper block. The faux stitching is done with a red glitter gel pen and I added punched snowflakes and added little red gems in the middle.

Rather be Skiing Snowman

Here's a card I made using sketch #128 with a twist from i {heart} sketches.

The image I used is from From the Heart Stamps and it's called "Rather be Skiing Snowman". I colored it with Promarkers and added snow and glitter to it. It's also matted on orange cardstock.
The 3 orange strips are embossed with a snowflake embossing folder and I used white ink to accent the raised snowflakes. To the snowflake punch outs I added a little orange gem.

Today I made a card with my favorite From the Heart Stamps character Birdbrain using sketch #124 with a twist.

The image is called "Birdbrain needs coffee" and I colored it with Promarkers. I used white linen cardstock for the card base, 2 scraps of patterned cardstock, black linen cardstock, circle dies, scallop die and a Dutch sentiment by Joy Crafts.

Winter Friends

Here's a card I made using i {heart} sketches Sketch #119 and FTHS image called "Winter Friends".

I used a digital background and colored the image with Promarkers. I used a snowflakes embossing folder on both the card and the blue mat. On the white card I debossed en on the blue mat I embossed and added white ink to the flakes. The little star is a die cut from Memory Box (Precious Stars). At the bottom of the snowman I created snow with white glitter snow.

Happy Birthday Balou!

 Hey!

Today I made a card for our dog will turn 7 on the 16th of September and he lives with us for over 2 years now. I used sketch #117 from i {heart} sketches.

The first time I saw this From the Heart Stamps image I knew I had to use it for our dog. We have a chocolate Labrador and he looks just like him. I have used pastel yellow cardstock as the cardbase and an embossing folder with paw prints. The image is called "Doggone Birthday". I colored it with Promarkers and try to make some short little hairs for his fur. The image is matted on dark blue cardstock. I made the sentiment myself in Word. The paw is a punch and added a little bone charm underneath it. For the two stripes behind the image I used some washi tape.

Pumpkin Patch Girl

Hey!

Here's a new card I made. It's really the weather to craft as it's raining almost whole day.

I used the FTH's  FSOTM image called "Faithful Friends Pumpkin Patch Girl" and colored her with Promarkers. I made a little pumpkin using oval dies and cut the stem and leaf freehand. The sentiment is Dutch for Kisses. To finish the card I made a faux stitch line along the edges of the card.

Birdbrain Jack-o-Lantern

Today I made a Halloween card using FTHS Birdbrain Jack-o-Lantern and sketch #115 from i{heart} sketches and I also used the twist.

The image is colored with Promarkers. And for the background I used some lovely digi papers from the Trick or Treat paper pack by Tracy for the ArtbyMiRan facebook group. I love these papers. Gonna use them more often.
