An Other Valentines Card

Hey!

Today I made an other Valentines card. This time using a cute Saturated Canary image called Hearts & Kisses. I used my promarkers to color the image. The cardbase is white linen cardstock and I wanted to keep it as white as posible on the background using the lovely sketch from I {heart} sketches.

Nikki

Hey!

Vandaag heb ik deze easel card gemaakt met de speciale digi die Krista van Saturated Canary voor de club Kaarten maken met Tiets heeft gemaakt. Mocht je Nikki leuk vinden, dan kun je haar vanaf 30 november 2012 kopen in de Saturated Canary webshop.

De basiskaart is wit en ik heb de Nikki gekleurd met mijn promarkers. Ik heb een grote schaats gezocht en de glijder met zilver gekleurd en de zool met zwart. Verder heb ik gebruik gemaakt van blauw linnen cardstock, designpapier met sneeuwvlokken, vilten sneeuwvlokken, plakparels, sentiment, zilveren schaatsbedel, 2 soorten kant en sneeuwvlokrand.

Deze kaart wil ik graag inleveren bij de volgende challenge:

Hey!

Today I made this card for my hubby. I hope he likes it.

So happy that he's got his diploma after 3 years of studying hard after work. I used a Saturated Canary image called Graduation Boy and collored it with promarkers. I love black and white combo. I made al little scroll as diploma, embossed the black linen background, used some silver metal corners, a oval embossed die cut and a frame die cut and some gauze.

Maddie

Hey!

This morning I made this card using a cute image from Saturated Canary. Love those digi's. This one is called Maddie.

When I see ice skates on a stamp I'm almost always using blue, love that combo. I colored her with my promarkers (blue's & brown's). Cardbase is white linen cardstock and I inked the edges with a lovely blue. I love the blue/white snow patterned cardstock, the blue frame is made of pearlescent linen cardstock with a nestabilitie, white satin ribbon with blue snowflakes on it, snow charm, white button, blue pearls, blue roses, craft cardstock and 2 brads. I left some space in the left top corner for a sentiment and that could be anything.

Ava

Hey!!

Today I made a card using a Saturated Canary called Ava. I'm a big fan of Saturated Canary an love all of Krista's the images.

This time I asked my son if I could use some of his water balloons. He asked me "but mom you don't play with water balloons so where do you need it for?" When I told him I wanted it to use on a card he gave me the whole bag of balloons and said I could take whatever I needed. How sweet is that? I just needed a pink and cream balloon. It's the first time I work with kraft cardstock. Love it. I know it's very populair in card making, but I didn't know what to do with that color ;-) This card is mostly in Red, Soft Pink, Cream and Kraft colors. Love that combination. The image is colored with promarkers. I used some red and pink patterned cardstock with cream dots, cream rose, cream lacy borders, pink and cream dotted satin ribbon, die cuts, round pearls, pink heart pearl, flower punch and a dutch birthday sentiment.

Dutch Girl

Today I made this card using the Saturated Canary Dutch Girl. It's a freebie for the new dutch canary blog.

I used my promarkers to color this cute girl in our national colors red-white-blue and orange.

Chasing Butterflies

Hey!

This morning I made a butterfly card using a template I made. The stamp is from Saturated Canary and is specially  because of the 8th aniversary of the club "Kaarten maken met Tiets".


The cardbase is pearlescent linen cardstock. The digi is called Chasing Butterflies and it's available in the Saturated Canary. I colored her with my promarkers and have a little silver charm dangling from the butterfly net. Punched some butterflies in different sizes, adhered pink bling in the flowercenters of the embossed butterfly background. The sentiment is from Marianne and I made the little roses with a Joy Crafts cutting die.
