Sylvie Ballerina

Hey!

Today starts a brand new challenge over at the Digi Doodle Studios Challenge Blog. This month theme is "Sparkle a/o Shimmer".

I got to play with this cute Digi Doodle Studios image called "Sylvie Ballerina" and coloured her using Promarkers. For the shape I used a goreous die by DecoTime. Other items used; Happy Birthday border die, balloons border die, loop edge punch, pink sattin ribbon, pink vinyl lace, pink cardstock, hologram cardstock, glitter glue (on balloons, ballet slippers, flower and body), pink flatback heart pearls and a orange gem in the middle of the flower.

Bobby Martial Arts

Hey!

Here's a card I made using a lovely stamp from Digi Doodle Studios called "Bobby Martial Arts".

I coloured the image using Promarkers. The card is made as for my nephew who has his green belt for karate. Loved to use this image to create the card.

Romy Love Gnome

Hey!

Here's a card I made using a cute image from Digi Doodle Studios called "Romy Love Gnome".

The image is colored with Promarkers and I have fussy cut it. The cardbase is from bluegreen cardstock and I used a lovely striped designer cardstock. added a frame die cut, doily border die cut, circles die cut, a page from an old childrens book and I created a little envelope with a letter as an extra embellishment.

Kitty's Joy Ride

Hey!

I am so thrilled and excited to announce that I am February's Spotlight Designer over at Digi Doodle Studios. Dina made this awesome stamp of me on my chopper (Suzuki Intruder VS700 from 1986). The image is called "Kitty's Joy Ride" and you can find her in the store.

I made this card as I wanted to keep it for myself and hang it in a place where I can see it all the time. I love how it turned out. I colored the image using Promarkers and created also the background with clouds. The cardbase is pink linen cardstock, I added 3 pieces of designer papers, a heart border die cut, a chopper charm, tule ribbon, pink pearl chain, pink pin.

Bubbles

Hey!

Today I'd like to share a birthday card I made using a Digi Doodle Studios image called "Bubbles".

The image is colored with Promarkers. It's been a while since I made a card in this size (folded A5). I created a BDAY border using big letter dies. Other items used; background paper from a Craft Sensations paper pack, white paper is from a bon bon backing, tag die, bubbles die, flatback peuras and distress ink.

Amatheia Mermaid

Hey!

Here's my first card of the new year using a Digi Doodle Studios image.

The image is called "Amatheia Mermaid" and I colored her using Promarkers. For the background I tried something I have never done before. I used 2 colors of water colors (purple and blue). Love how that turned out. I used a card shape template from the Action, my NEW mermaid tails border die, sea shell dies, bubbles die, digital sentiment, circle punches, scalloped circle die, blue distress ink, oval die, oval scalloped die and gauze.

DDS - Chanel Masquerade Ball

Hey!

Here's a bottle tag I made using the lovely "Chanel Masquerade Ball" from Digi Doodle Studios.

The tag is made out of black linen cardstock. I punched a hole that fits a bottle and folded so that it hangs perfect on a bottle neck. The image is colored with Promarkers. I stamped firework on the tag using white ink and added some dots using white gell pen. I had beautiful sparkling cardstock that I just had to use on this tag. The die that I used is a brandless one and I have cut it out of the circle it was in and cut the cuts into pieces to fit it behind the mat and I have added 3 punched out little stars.
The sentiment says Happy New Year. It's never too early to make something for the new year. Right?

DDS - Snowman Hugs

Hey!

Here's a card I made using Digi Doodle Studios' Snowman Hugs and colored it using Promarkers.

I love the sketch of this card and have made it a lot of times so had to make it again for this image. Love all the blue snow background papers and the icicle border die. The felt snowflakes I have lots of and added red gems to the center of the snowflakes. Sadly I don't know who the creator is of the digi sentiment. I have it on my computer for ages.

DDS - Anaya & Shanaya

Hey!

Today I want to show you a card I made using a Digi Doodle Studio image called "Anaya & Shanaya". There is also a challenge over at the DDS challenge blog themed "ribbons & pearls"

The image is colored with Promarkers. This card is simple to make. Just fold a piece of cardstock and cut the front in half. This is a great card to use your scraps pieces of dp.  The pink strip is wallpaper. The image is cut out with a stitched rectangle die and used a doily edge punch. On the background of the image I have made little hearts using a red Promarker. The Dutch sentiment is a clearstamp from Studio Light and the circle stamp comes with a die and is from Craft Sensations.

Hey!

Here's a card I made with a lovely digital image from Digi Doodle Studios called "Birdy" and I have colored it using Promarkers.

To create this card I used the following items: white linen card base, pink cardstock, 2 dp's, metal corner, pearls, tags, precut heart/roses/border, filigrain metal corner and walnut stain distress ink. I didn't add an sentiment yetas I think this cardcan be used for many occasions.

DDS - Lizzy & JoJo

 

Hey!

Here's a easel card I made using one of the new images from "Digi Doodle Studios". The image is called "Lizzy & JoJo" and it's from the new release called "Cutie Paws".

The image is colored with Promarkers. To create this card I used a white linen card base that I folded in half and the front of the card I folded diagonally to create an easel card. I had lovely paw prints digi paper and I love the dog sentiment that goes great with the image. Other items used/; square stitched metal dies, loops edge punch, paw print punch, dog dish and bone die, flatback pearls and googly eyes for the little Schnautzer.

DDS - Mindy's Surprise Party

Hey!

Here's a card I made using a beautiful Digi Doodle Studios image called "Mindy's Surprise Party".

The image is colored using Promarkers. To create the card I used a white linen cardbase, red, lilac and pink cardstock, a balloons border die and a heart balloon die. I think I will add a 16 to the center of the heart balloon so I can give it to my neighbour's daughter for her birthday.

I did ad 16 to the heart.
