Edwin in Miami

Hey!

Today I made a embossing card.

Cardbase is off white linen cardstock. Love this new embossingfolder. The cute stamp is Edwin in Miami from the Magnolia Summer Memories Collection. I colored him with promarkers. On the left side I adhered a strip with a doily edge on both sides and in the middle a strip of cardstock with a embossed dutch sentiment.

Pastels

Hey!

Today it is such strange weather, that I decided to make a birthday card.

This time I wanted to use pastels. Love the softness of the colors and de sparkling of the glitters.
I used doilies, doily edges, butterflies, sentiment, tilda stamp, promarkers, glitterglue and ribbons.

Eindelijk Vakantie

Hey!!

Finally our summer vacation has started!!

Today I made this card using one of my fav images of Tilda.
Items used to make this card:
White linen cardbase, patterned paper, pieces of dry embossed pink cardstock, Cream doily die cut, pink doily die cut, white butterfly die cut, white mulberry roses, tag die cut, punched butterflies in different sizes, dutch sentiment.
Techniques used:
I colored the image with promarkers, gave the glass some shine with glossy accents, distressed the edges of the patterned paper and made some faux stitching with a white gelpen.

From Holland with Love

Hey!

I read on the Sassy Studio Designs Blog about their Small World Blog Hop and since I never made a card with love from my country I decided to make a card for the little challenge attached to this hop. I also want to enter this card to the challenge Anything Goes at Simon Says Stamps Challenge Blog.

The card base is white linen cardstock, I adhered some punched out circles to create the colors of our flag. Because our country is known for our tulips, mills and wouden shoes (we really don't wear them, but often tourist think we do) I adhered half a mill on the side of the card, I love the sentiment. The image is from Sassy Studio Designs and it's called Soda Pop. You can find this and many more lovely images in the SSD's digistore.

Summertime

Hey!

Wow, this is the first week of sunshine this summer. It's hot and I had to make this beach card ;-)
I can't stay in the sun to long because of my allergy.

It's a simple card. The image is masked. The background is a magnolia stamp and the lady reading is a digi called Magazine Margie from Sassy Studio Designs. I used distress ink to stamp the border a half round sentiment and a little silver charm and some glossy accents for the litte sun.

Happy Birthday

Today I made this card using a new tilda stamp.

Cardbase is off white linen cardstock, on top is a embossed mat and a piece of gauze, some buttons, a piece of a messuring tape. I distressed it all with wallnut stain.

Crown Easel Card

Today I made this crown easel card with a baby Edwin image from the Magnolia Princes & Prinsesses Collection 2012. He's so cute!

Cardbase is a white cardstock, that I made into a crown easel card. Used a stars embossing folder for the crown, some lace border stickers, headpins, charms, star punch, star bling, a dutch sentiment and some satin ribbon.
