The image was this months Free Stamp of the Month and it's called Birthday Candle Birdbrain and it's available in the store.
Items used:
- white linen card base
- strips of blue and grey cardstock
- promarkers
- big heart button
- jute cording
- glossy accents (candle wax)
- glitter glue (on the candle)
