Here's a card I created using Pink Gem Desings "Pink Butterfly Clock - Card Topper Digi Kit". They are this fortnights sponsor at CCC Digi Creations. Challenge #32 is themed "Include a Sentiment".

I has been a while since I made a 3D card. But I loved cutting and adhering all layers. I love pink and I love to fussy cut so this was really my cup of tea. This digi pack came with more sentiments.
